Easterseals MORC Miracle League has come to Southfield and Northern Oakland. The leagues have a variety of volunteer opportunities you will find below.  By giving just a few hours of your time not only will you make a difference in a special child’s life, but you will also create a positive awareness in yourself. We also offer community service credits for volunteering with our Miracle Leagues.

One of the most impactful volunteer experiences is our Miracle League “Buddy” Program. This is a perfect volunteering opportunity for corporations, families and groups of all sizes! Groups or organizations can come out wearing their branded t-shirts to our games. Our talented staff and volunteers will give a brief 10-minute training as our “Buddies” are paired with a player as an able-bodied friend to assist them on and off the field during a two-inning baseball game. Guidance is generously offered by coaches, organization leaders and family members. We will capture the day with a team photograph behind home plate that will be used in our marketing efforts and shared with you group as well. This is a lifechanging team building experience that you don’t want to miss!
